The IRSK Secretariat is the administrative and operational arm of the Society, responsible for implementing and discharging the mandate of the Council. It facilitates the day-to-day management of the Society's affairs, ensuring that strategic priorities are translated into effective programmes, member-focused services, and sustainable institutional growth.
Under the leadership of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Secretariat provides the coordination, professional support, and administrative infrastructure necessary to advance IRSK's mission working closely with the Council, members, partners, and stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery and effective programme implementation.
Leads member engagement, onboarding, membership administration, retention, and service delivery.
Coordinates the Society's administrative operations, institutional processes, records management, and logistics.
Supports the Society's digital infrastructure, technology-enabled services, and digital transformation initiatives.
Supports talent management, staff development, organisational culture, staff training and employee welfare.
Oversees financial administration, budgeting, financial reporting, resource management and allocation.
Leads the development and implementation of IRSK programmes, projects, and strategic partnerships.
Strengthens IRSK's institutional visibility, brand identity, stakeholder engagement, and public profile.
Through its seven functional departments, the IRSK Secretariat provides the operational foundation for the Society's growth and effectiveness combining professional administration, member-centred services, strategic programme delivery, and institutional collaboration.
